About the HVERF Veterinary Library

This electronic library is intended to allow equine veterinarians in the Hunter Valley and elsewhere in Australia to access a wide range of scientific literature. In addition to providing easy access to the latest issues of a range of journals, the electronic format allows subscribers to access journal archives.

At the moment, the Library provides electronic access to the current issue and archives of:

• Equine Veterinary Journal
• Equine Veterinary Education
• Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association
• Veterinary Surgery
• Veterinary Record
• In Practice
• Acta Veterinaria Scandinavica (Open Access)
• Journal of Equine Science (Open Access)

Membership is $250 per annum, and the membership application form is here.

As Library membership increases, we will subscribe to additional journals. In order of priority, these journals are:

• Veterinary Clinics of North America (Equine)
• Theriogenology
• Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine
• Animal Reproduction Science

If you have already applied for membership, you may pay your membership fees and browse the journals at the Library.
